| Booking |
For a definite booking we ask a down payment of 30% of the total rental price. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation until 3 months before the arrival date, the down payment will be paid back. |

| Deposit |
Only for Capannina has to be deposited on the arrival a deposit of 100 Euros in cash form. The deposit will be given back at the moment of departure. |
