Apartments

The farm Agriturismo San Domenico is situated in the hinterland of the Maremma Tuscany, about 12 km from the charming village of Suvereto away and lying underneath the Sanctuary of Frassine. The accommodation is composed of 7 apartments, furnished in the typical Tuscan countrystile. They are accommodated within two farmhouses: one in stone with 4 apartmetns and a charming lounge, whereas 3 apartments are situated in the main building, where also the owners live. Each apartment has its own outside space, equipped with table and chairs for outside eating. In the garden, a nice swimming pool, a wood oven, a barbcue, sports field, children's playground and covered parking.

Apartment 1 (2+1 Pers.)
The Apartment is situated on the ground floor within the stone building, with direct access from the garden and from the lounge. It is composed as follows:

• small kitchen with dining table

• double room (14 sq.m.)

• bath with shower

• shady outside space in front of the entrance

Apartment 2 (4+1 Pers.)
The Apartment is situated on the ground floor within the stone building, with direct access from the garden and from the lounge. It is composed as follows:

• cucina pranzabile

• double room (17 sq.m.)

• camera con due letti (14 sq.m.)

• bath with shower

• shady outside space in front of the entrance

Apartment 3 (2+1 Pers.)
The Apartment is situated on the firt floor, inside of the stone building, with direct access from the garden, through an external staircase. It is composes as follwos:

• kitchen with dining table

• double room (14 sq.m.)

• bath with shower

• shady terrace in front of the entrance

Apartment 4 (2+1 Pers.)
The Apartment is situated on the firt floor, inside of the stone building, with direct access from the garden, through an external staircase. It is composes as follwos:

• kitchen with dining table

• double room (14 sq.m.)

• bath with shower

• shady terrace in front of the entrance

Apartment 5 (6+1 Pers.)
The Apartment is situated on the ground floor inside of the main building, with direct access from the garden. This apartment is particularly spacious and therefore ideal to move also with a wheelchair. Furthermore, the bathroom is equipped for wheelchair users. It is composed as follows:

• spacious kitchen with dining table

• 2 double rooms (25 sq.m. and 14 sq.m.)

• twin rooms (14 sq.m.)

• 2 bathrooms with shower, of which one for wheelchair users, the other is ensuite to one of the double rooms

• shady outside space in front of the entrance

Apartment 6 (2 Pers.)
The Apartment is situated on the second floor of the main building. It can be accessed through an external staircase, over a terrace in common use with apartment no. 7, with two tables. An internal staircase takes to the apartments. Number 6 is composed as follows:

• kitchen with dining table

• double room (15 sq.m.)

• bath with shower

• shady terrace in front of the entrance in common use with apartment no. 7

Apartment 7 (2+1 Pers.)
The Apartment is situated on the second floor of the main building. It can be accessed through an external staircase, over a terrace in common use with apartment no. 6, with two tables. An internal staircase takes to the apartments. Number 7 is composed as follows:

• kitchen with dining table

• grande double room (25 sq.m.) con terzo letto

• bath with shower

• shady terrace in front of the entrance in common use with apartment no. 6
