BOOKING CONDITIONS - AGRITURISMO SAN DOMENICO Arrival: From 17.00 until 19.00o'clock Departure: Until 10.00o'clock Minimum stay: 2 days within low season, 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday) during the rest of the season. The price includes: Use of the apartment for the persons indicated, use of the pool, use of the huge common room with fireplace, wood oven and barbecue, volleyball and football field, children's playground, park with secular trees, parking. The price doesn't include: Bed linen (EUR 8 p.p.), final apartment cleaning (2-roomed EUR 30, 3-roomed EUR 40, 4-roomed EUR 50), heating (on consumption), pets (EUR 20/week), extra bed (EUR 35/week), washing machine (EUR 3), bikes (EUR 5 per day). Expenses for these services have to be paid before departure. Booking: 40% down payment at the moment of booking through bank transfer or postal order. The balance has to be paid on departure by cash. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the booking until 30 days before arrival date, the down payment won't be paid back. In case of cancellation of the reservation within 30 days before arrival date, the balance (60%) has to be paid. NOTE: Please advice in case that you can't arrive within the above cited arrival hours.
