BOOKING CONDITIONS - ANTICO PODERE SAN FRANCESCO :
Arrival From 16.00 until 20.00 o'clock
Departure Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay During the main season, one week that goes always from Saturday to Saturday
The price includes Cleaning (except for the kitchenette, if not done by the guest, 20 Euros), electricity, water, gas, satellite TV, linen
The price doesn't include

Air conditioning+heating (€ 5/day), pets (€ 30 Euros/week), extra bed (€ 35/week, example: 5th bed in 2-roomed type B for 4 people), cot (25 Euros/week).
Booking

30% down payment through postal order or bank transfer. The balance of 70% should be paid on the arrival (on spot also possible to pay with credit card).
Cancellation In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.
Deposit 100 Euros that will be paid back at the end of the stay.
