| Booking |
After the receipt of the booking request, the room/apartment will be immediately reserved. For confirmation of the reservation is requested the credit card data or a down payment of 30% through postal order or bank transfer. After that you will receive a voucher as confirmation of the reservation (through e-mail or fax) that you should show at the moment of check-in. The balance should be paid at the moment of check-out. |

| Cancellation |
If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within 50 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between 49-30 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between 29-10 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 70% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive between 9-0 days before the staying a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire amount will be applied.
- If the guest fails to arrive and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail or phone the failure to arrive, a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount will be applied. |
