The Rooms

Podere Scopaione a charming country cottage, completely built in the local stone, is situated approximately 20 minutes from the coast in the Maremma Tuscany. The former farmhouse has been completely restructured, obtaining 7 holiday apartments, of which 5 are situated on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. All apartments have independent entrance and can make use of the several outside spaces in the surrounding garden. The furniture is in the typical sober Tuscan countrystile. All kitchens are equipped with fridge/freezer, electrico hob and oven, everything necessary such as cutlery, plates, espresso and coffee cups, glasses etc. as well as satellite TV. Each accommodation has independent heating. Furthermore are available for common use: swimmingpool with deck chairs and sun beds, parasols, a barbecue, a stone oven, a laundry with 2 wahing machines, mountain bikes, parking. For children, there is a small children's playground with swing, slide and the possibility to play basket ball or soccer.

Apartments on the ground floor:

Il Fienile (4 pers.)
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, taking the right angle of the house. The two bedrooms are situated on the back of the house, viewing the pool. Il Fienile, the "hayloft", is composed as follows:

The apartment is situated on the ground floor. On the back side of the house, towards the pool are located the bath and a double room, whereas the living area and the twin room are situated towards the front of the house. Il Granaio, the "barn", is composed as follows:

L'Olivo (4 pers.)
The apartment Olivo, the "olive tree", is situated on the ground floor and is composed of:

Il Girasole (4 pers.)
The apartment is situated on the ground floor, taking the left angle of the house. The two bedrooms are situated on the back of the house, viewing the pool. Il Girasole, the "sunflower", is composed as follows:

La Carraia (2+1 pers.)
This apartment, the former carriage gateway, is situated on the back of the house. It has a private outside space in front of the entrance and is composed as follows:

L'Alba (8 pers.)
The apartment is very spacious and has 4 bedrooms as well as an huge living room with small kitchen. L'Alba is composed as follows:
