Description

The Residence Tana de' Lepri is situated in Tuscany on the border to Colle Val d'Elsa in the Province of  Siena.
The apartments are situated in the main building, recovered from an antique convent, dating back to the 17th century.
The restoration works were performed in respect to the antique building structure and subdividing the rooms in order to obtain apartments for 2,3 and 4 people.

There are 9 two-roomed flats and 1 one-roomed flat (also for wheelchairs) availabile, all equipped with heating, bed linen, towels, satellite TV and some do also have air condition.
All the aparments are furnished with mosquito nets in front of the windows.
In the garden, with view to the antique convent, the big swimming pool (7 m x 14 m), with changing services and WC. In the huge park, there are several tables with chairs for the guest's use as well as a barbcue. 

Also if the accommodation is just 12 minutes by walking from the historic town centre of Colle Val d'Elsa away, where one can find any kind of shops, it is embedded within 4 hectares of vineyards, fields and wood.
Thanks to the strategic position, it is possible to reach easily: Florence 45 km, Volterra 28 km, Siena 20 km and San Gimignano 12 km, whose towers can be seen from the field next to the accommodation. Nearby there is also an excellent golf course.
