Water, towels, bed linen, use of the swimming pool during the summer. |

Electricity, gas for heating (from 01.10. until 30.04.). |

| Booking |
30% down payment through bank transfer. The balance has to be paid through bank transfer one week before the arrival date. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back. |

| Deposit |
On the arrival, the holidaymaker has to deposit EUR 400 security deposit that will be paid back after having checked that everything is alright before the departure. |
