The Rooms

Fattoria di Corsignano is composed of 4 farmhouses, only 10 km from Siena away. The four country homesteads have been converted to charming apartments and romantic, recently created suites preserving the pure Tuscan style with terracotta floors, wood beamed ceilings and stonewalls.
Elena and Mario have filled them with thousands family memories, chests, kneading-troughes, antique glass cases, and also pieces of antique furniture which they discovered little by little at the local markets. Each apartment is "a home sweet home" with all modern conforts and all  with a wonderful view of Siena or the Valley, separate outside entrance, parking and a terrace, a garden or a porch.

The Suites (30 mq; 2/3 pers.)
The 4 refined and romantic suites all have view over Siena, offer B&B service and have approx. 30 sq.m. space for 2/3 persons. Each one mirrors in colour and accessories the name: Suite delle Rose, in soft colours, remembering a rose Suite della Salvia from sage-green over lilac and light blue. Suite del Tino (barrel) is the most particular suite: in design and style it looks like a an antique Tuscan wine barrel. All suites have independent entrance, sitting angle with sofa bed, satellite TV, fan, wireless internet connection, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, heating, towels and bed linen. The Suites Rosmarino and Tino have a wardrobe hiding the kitchen facilities.

BOTTEGA DEGLI AROMI (43 sq.m.; 2+2 pers.)
The three-roomed flat with independent entrance is situated on the ground floor. La Bottega degli Aromi disposes of a private outside space with garden furniture and is composed as follows:

• bathroom with shower

BOTTEGA DEI PROFUMI (43 sq.m.; 2+2 pers.)
The two-roomed flat is situated on the ground floor with independent entrance and outsite space, about 50 m from the pool and parking area away. La Bottega dei Profumi is composed as follows:

• living room with double sofa bed and completely equipped kitchen corner

• double or twin room

• bathroom with shower

BOTTEGA DELLE ERBE (51 sq.m.; 4 pers.)
The recently restored three-roomed flat, furnished with precious antiques, is situated on the ground floor. La Bottega delle Erbe has independent entrance, outside space and lies only 50 m from the parking and swimming pool away:

BOTTEGA DELLE SPEZIE (60 sq.m.; 4+2 pers.)
The three-roomed flat has been recently restored and tastefully furnished with antiques. La Bottega delle Spezie is situated on the ground floor, has an independent entrance and outside space, about 50 m from the pool and parking away:

BOTTEGA DEL PANE (63 sq.m.; 4 pers.)
Three-roomed flat within one of the homesteads, on the border of the small hamlet of Corsignano, directly on the connection that from the Chiantigiana leads to Vagliagli. The apartment has been recently restored and is subdivided over two floors, with terracotta tiled floors, thick stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings, antique oven and furnished with antiques. Outside space and parking next to the house, whereas the swimming pool is about 300 m distant. La Bottega del Pane is composed as follows:

BOTTEGA DEL MIELE (64 sq.m.; 4+2 pers.)
Four-roomed flat, situated on the first floor of one of the homesteads, with wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and is furnished with antique furniture. Although La Bottega del Miele is situated on the upper floor, it has a terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is about 200 m from the pool away and composed as follows:

BOTTEGA DELLE FRAGOLE (45 sq.m.; 2+2 pers.)
Two-roomed flat with stunning view over the valley that has been recently restored, with terracotta tiled floors, wooden beamed ceilings and outside space directly in front of the entance. La Bottega delle Fragole distances approximately 200 m from the pool and is composed as follows:

BOTTEGA DEL CAFFE' (54 sq.m.; 2+2 pers.)

The apartment is situated in the villa above "La Limonaia" and the swimming pool, with independent entrance and spacious terrace. La Bottega del Cioccolato has a beautiful view over Siena and is furnished with valuable antique furniture:
