Extra beds in addition to the sofa beds that are already included in the rates (€ 20/day), cot (€5/day), breakfast (adults: € 9 p.p./day; child € 5), heating according consumption), daily cleaning (€8 p.p.), laundry service, towels (set €4p.p.), bed linen (set €4 p.p.), dogs (€6/day), comfort service (€20 p.p./day). |

| Booking |
At the moment of the booking is required a 30% down payment through bank transfer, credit card or postal transfer. The balance has to be paid at the moment of arrival in cash form or by credit card. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back. |

| Deposit |
EUR 160 for all apartments, EUR 260 for the villa (Bottega del Cioccolato), to be deposited at the moment of check-in in cash form. The security deposit will be returned before the departure. |

| NOTE |
Dogs are only allowed on request (Eur 6/day). The apartments are not equipped with televisions, but on rquest it is possible to get one. There is the possibility to have lunch or dinner at the farm's restaurant. From May 2009 on there will be available the brand new suites. COMFORT SERVICE: for the apartments includes daily breakfast buffet and cleaning of the apartment (€ 20 p.p./day). |
