| The price includes |
Use of the apartment/villa equipped with household appliences and kitchenware, water, gas, electricity, linen (bed and kitchen linen, towels) with weekly change, and final cleaning, use of the pool with sunshade parasole, deck chair and sun bed, tennis court. |

| The price doesn't include |
Extra and to be paid on the premises: central heating upon use for the apartments and per day for the Villa. Daily cleaning for the apartments (EUR 20/day, to be booked on the spot), 2 hours of daily cleaning that is compulsory for the main villa (to be paid on the spot). |

| Booking |
30% down payment through credit card or bank transfer. Balance (70%) to be paid 30 days before the arrival date. |

| Cancellation |
If the cancellation of the reservation takes place between 29 and 0 days and in case of "no show", the holidaymaker has to pay the total amount of the stay. |
