Clients are requested to arrive at Le Rocchette between 4 PM and 8 PM and to depart by 10 AM.If you arrive earlier than the stated time you might not be able to gain access to the property. If arrival is likely to be later than 8 PM, we must be notified to ensure the presence of a person to the gates of the estate. |

Bed linen and towels, electricity, water, gas, final cleaning. |

| The price doesn't include |
Shopping of first necessities, baby sitter, baby bed (€ 15/week), extra cleaning (€ 15/hour), boat rental with skipper, beach, washing machine with tokens. |

| Booking |
To confirm a booking a 40% deposit of the cost of the accommodation must be paid within 7 days from our confirmation message sent via e-mail.The remaining 60% will be paid on arrival to the person in charge of the keys. |

| Cancellation |
The 40% deposit will be entirely refunded if the booking is cancelled before 90 days from the arrival date in Le Rocchette. After that date you will have to pay a cancellation charge that will be a percentage of the deposit as following:
60 – 31 days before arrival: 50%; 30 days before arrival: 30%; 29 days or less: 100%. |

| Deposit |
On arrival you will be required to pledge in cash a 1000.00 Euro security deposit against any reported breakages or damages. The money will be returned at departure, once the house keeper has ensured the absence of damages. |

| NOTE |
If you intend to bring with you on holiday your dog or cat, you must mention that on the on-oine reservation form. At departure you will be asked to pay 100,- Euro for extra-cleaning. A guardian is available on the estate 24 hours a day. Do not hesitate to contact him for any problem or enquiry. |
