How to reach the apartments of Il Vecchio Mulino  

From NORTH:
Exit from the motorway at Firenze Certosa; take the hightway (Superstrada) towards Siena and exit at Colle Val d'Elsa. Follow on the state road (Strada Statale) 541 for 25 km towards Grosseto/Massa Marittima. After 15 km, there will be a junction towards Radicondoli. Follow this road for about 18 km and you will see Il Vecchio Mulino on the right-hand side.

From SOUTH:
Coming from Rome, take the motorway towards Civitavecchia. When the motorway ends at Civitavecchia, follow towards Grosseto on the S.S.1 Aurelia. From Grosseto you should continue on the SS1, always towards north (Livorno). Exit after about 20 minutes at Follonica/Massa Marittima. Take the road towards Massa Marittima and from there towards Siena/Montieri. Then follow for about 15 km towards Radicondoli/Colle Val d'EIsa until you will find on the left-hand side the entrance of Il Vecchio Mulino.


 How to reach the Villa

Da NORD:
Exit from the motorway at Firenze Certosa; take the hightway (Superstrada) towards Siena and exit at Colle Val d'Elsa. Follow on the state road (Strada Statale) 541 for 25 km towards Grosseto/Massa Marittima. After 15 km, there will be a junction towards Radicondoli. From now on, follow always the road directions to Radicondoli, until you will reach the village. The villa will be at the beginning of the village, on the right-hand side, right in front of the restaurant il Granaio (left).

Da SUD:
Coming from Rome, take the motorway towards Civitavecchia. When the motorway ends at Civitavecchia, follow towards Grosseto on the S.S.1 Aurelia. From Grosseto you should continue on the SS1, always towards north (Livorno). Exit after about 20 minutes at Follonica/Massa Marittima. Take the road towards Massa Marittima and from there towards Siena/Montieri. Then follow for about 15 km towards Radicondoli/Colle Val d'EIsa, until you will see a junction, where you should turn left towards Radicondoli. The villa will be at the beginning of the village, on the right-hand side, right in front of the restaurant il Granaio (left).
