| The price includes |
Water, electricity, gas, weekly supply for towels, kitchen and bed linen, use of the laundry, final cleaning, swimming pool (mt. 6 x 12 ), every family has its own beach umbrella, table with chairs, 2 sun beds and 2 deck chairs, parking, gazebo with table and wooden banks, barbecue. Heating is included only in the villa. |

| The price doesn't include |
Heating (apartment: according to the consumption), extra cleaning and linen change, mountain bike rental, daily cleaning, daily linen change, courses and activities, telephone and internet point. |

| Booking |
In order to book, we ask a down payment of 50% through bank transfer or money order |
| |
| Cancellation |
For every change of the reservation even if the apartment or the dates won't change, it will be charged the amount of 15.00 Euro.
The cancellation of the reservation, also if this will be substituted by another one, provides the payment of the following penalties:
- until 75 days before the arrival date, 15% of the total price should be paid
- between 74 and 43 days before the arrival date 25% of the total price should be paid
- betwee 42 and 30 days before the arrival date 50% of the total price should be paid
- from 29 days until the arrival date, 90% of the total price should be paid
- in case of no show, 100% of the total price should be paid

Villa: 250 Euro on the arrival; Apartments: 155 Euro
to pay by cash on the arrival, also for short stays. |
