The apartments of Villa Livia are situated in a building directly on the sea of San Vincenzo in Tuscany.
The accommodations are disposed or on the ground floor or in the attic, with independent entrance from Via Gorgona. All  apartments are equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV and offer a marvellous view over the brand-new yacht harbour and the coast until the Gulf of Baratti.
