| The price includes |
Energy consumtpion (water, electricity, gas), linen (bed, towels, towel for the beach), air conditioning, final cleaning of the apartment (cleaning of the kitchenette has to be made by the guest, otherwise will be charged € 26), possible parking reservation (upon request, for 1 apartment), for each apt. beach service (1 beach umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sun bed) on request and according to availability at the nearby bathing establishments (100-150 m). |

Extra Bed € 60 (period A), € 75 (period B/C), € 90 (period D/E/F), extra linen hange (€ 25), parking lot in garage on request (€ 80/week). |

| Booking |
To consider the reservation valid, a 50% down payment of the total booking amount is required, to be paid through bank transfer or through postal order. Furthermore has to be signed a lease. |

According to the signed lease. |
