The Villa

La Villa Apparita is situated in an isolated position inside of the nature reserve Parco Naturale della Maremma, about 500 m from the sea and about 4 km from Talamone. The country cottage, located in the midst of the Tuscan macchia wood, is completely fenced. Only because of the dence macchia wood, at the moment it is not possible to see the sea.
At approximately 8 km can be found the village Fonteblanda, where it is possible to find a supermarket, a bank, a post office, a chemist's shop etc. 

The cottage was used during the hunting seasons as accommodation of the hunters. It has just been carefully and tastefully restored, equipping the house with all mods and cons such as dishwasher, electric oven and grill, gas hob, fridge, freezer. From the kitchen one has direct access onto a covered veranda, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. The garden is also equipped with a shower (hot and cold water). Villa Apparita is ideal for families longing for peace and an uncontaminated nature. Guests can make use of the small beach underneath the watch tower Torre delle Cannelle that belongs to the same owners.
