Villa del Pino is a completely restored Art Nouveau villa nestling among a beautiful park with cypresses and pine trees on the top of a hill in the heart of Tuscany.
A unique geographical position, peace and quiet as well as a picturesque panoramic view over the Tuscan Chianti hills and the medieval towers of San Gimignano.
From Villa del Pino one can easily reach the main connecting roads: in less than one hour one can reach Florence or the coast, within half an hour one can reach Volterra or Siena and only 15 minutes to San Gimignano or Colle Val d'Elsa. Therefore, Villa del Pino is the ideal place to discover Tuscany.

Carlo, the owner, prepares a substantial breakfast, the basis for daily trips or the relaxation at Villa del Pino. Furthermore he is with pleasure at the guest's disposal to give tips about places worth visiting. At Villa del Pino one can enjoy the privacy of a villa with the service of a small comfort hotel.  

LIGHT, FRAGRANCES, COLOURS OF TUSCANY

In the 20th century, the marvellous Art Nouveau villa was the residence of the owners of the Pino estate. In 1998/1999 the villa was completely restored by the new owners, who were trying to maintain the original style. Furthermore, 10 new bathrooms were installed, thus every room has its own bath. The surrounding park was extended and a beautiful panorama swimming pool was built. The material and the furniture were chosen with great care.

All the elegant rooms and suites have their own bathroom and safe. They are tastefully equipped and offer a marvellous view over the surrounding landscape. Some of the rooms even have their own terrace. 
It should be absolutely mentioned that the materials chosen for the restauration as well as the whole equippment, were chosen in basis of hygienical and biological demands (e.g. orthopaedic mattresses) to guaranty a healty and complete relaxation. Therefore the guests of Villa del Pino will be sound asleep in all our rooms, whether in the tower, or the luxurious garden suite with jacuzzi and private terrace, whether in one of our family-friendly two- or three-room suites or in the standard double rooms.


Whether the sunset over the medieval towers of San Gimignano, the panoramic view over the vineyards and the olive groves of the Chianti or the restful peace within the Mediterranean park, Villa del Pino offers at all hours of the day an unforgettable sight.
Within the park there are several sun terraces where one can relax under the Tuscan sun or shady angles, where one can find a pleasant, cool place during the hot summer days.  

But the most incomparable view is to enjoy from our swimming pool: the venerable towers of San Gimignano appear just over the water horizon.

Last of all, Villa del Pino also has an excellent wine and cold pressed olive oil (Olio Extravergine di Oliva) which can be tasted in the wine cellar underneath the villa. With pleasure are organized barbecue or pizza parties, which are naturally accompanied by the pino-wine...
