About 250 m from the main villa is situated this farmhouse with apartments. 
In the main building with dependence, there are 3 spacious apartments, equipped with every modern comfort. In front of the building, there is a small building, once used as hayloft, where today is accommodated the apartment "La Capannina". 
Every apartment has its own outside space with table, chairs and beach umbrellas, positioned in a way to guarantee complete privacy. At the apartment's disposal, the laundry and the pool (12 x 8 m).

Le Gemelle is subdivided into two apartments, called "Gemelle 1" and "Gemelle 2" specular one with the other. It is possible to rent both apartments together.
