BOOKING CONDITIONS - VILLA GHIAIA Arrival: From 16.00 until 19.00o'clock Departure: Until 10.00o'clock Minimum stay: 1 Week, Check-in and Check-out on Saturday! The price includes: water, gas for cooking, electricity (from May to September), towels, bed and kitchen linen. The price doesn't include: Electricity and heating (from October until April according to the consumed amount), final cleaning (50 Euro for Gemelle 1 + 2, Tirasotto, Capannina; 80 Euro for Casolare, Tiglio), pets (25 Euro/week), extra services. Booking: At the moment of the booking is requested a down payment of 30% of the total amount. The balance has to be paid until 30 days before the arrival date through credit card or bank transfer. All the payment expenses should be paid by the customer. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation, will be applied the following penalties: - from the moment of the booking until 51 days before the arrival date has to be paid 30% of the total booking amount - between 50 and 31 days before the arrival date has to be paid 50% of the total booking amount - within 30 days before the arrival date has to be paid the entire amount of the stay. Deposit: A damage deposit of € 200 is due upon arrival in cash form. Credit cards: NOTE: Animals are allowed only upon request. Upon request are possible the following services: wine and olive oil tasting, cultural events (e.g. Puccini Festival etc.), beauty treatments, guided visits to designer outlets, shuttle service, catering service (complete meals, weddings etc.). These services are not included in the price.
