Use of the apartment with all appliances, water, gas, bed and kitchen linen, towels with weekly change, use of the pool and the garden, final cleaning, internet connection in each apartment. |

Heating, telephone, extra bed, cot, air conditioning (5% of apartment rate). |
| |
| Booking |
Within 48 hours from the e-mail confirmation that the apartment(s) is/are available, should be made the 30% down payment. It is possible to pay the down payment through postal order, bank transfer (SWIFT), Eurocheque or your credit card data by fax, otherwise the option will be cancelled automatically. Please send us also an e-mail with all the booking information and in case of bank transfer the bank receipt through fax. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation will be applied the following penalties:
until 50 days from the beginning of the location the payment of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. Between 49 and 30 days from the beginning of the location the payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Between 29 and 10 day from the beginning of the location, the payment of 70% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation between 9 and 0 days from the beginning of the location or in case of "no show", the total amount of the reservation (100%) has to be paid. |
