From Milan

1. Motorway A1 Milano - Parma.

2. Motorway A15 (La Cisa) Parma - La Spezia

3. Motorway A12 La Spezia - Rosignano M.mo.

4. After the tollbooth take the highway SS1 towards Grosseto - Roma.

5. Exit Cecina Centro.

6. Drive then towards Montescudaio.

7. Follow the road and after the flyover of the highway, you will find again on your left hand side the entrance of the highway (towards Livorno). Continue on the road and after a few metres you should turn right, continuing up the hill until reaching villa Lavinia on the left-hand side.
 

From Bologna - Florence

1.  Motorway A1 Bologna towards Florence (Firenze).

2. From Florence take the A11 "Firenze-Mare" towards Pisa.

3. At Pisa you have to take the motorway A12 towards Rosignano M.mo.

4. After the tollbooth take the SS1 towards Grosseto - Roma.

5. Exit Cecina Centro.

6. Drive then towards Montescudaio.

7. Follow the road and after the flyover of the highway, you will find again on your left hand side the entrance of the highway (towards Livorno). Continue on the road and after a few metres you should turn right, continuing up the hill until reaching villa Lavinia on the left-hand side.

From Genoa

1. Motorway A12 Genova - Rosignano M.mo.

2. After the tollbooth take the SS1 towards Grosseto - Roma.

3. Exit Cecina Centro.

4. Drive then towards Montescudaio.

5. Follow the road and after the flyover of the highway, you will find again on your left hand side the entrance of the highway (towards Livorno). Continue on the road and after a few metres you should turn right, continuing up the hill until reaching villa Lavinia on the left-hand side.

 

From Rome

1. Motorway A12 Roma - Civitavecchia.

2. Superstrada SS1 Aurelia towards Grosseto - Livorno.

3. Exit Cecina Centro..

4. From the exit turn left towards Montescudaio.

5. Continue on the road and after a few metres you should turn right, continuing up the hill until reaching villa Lavinia on the left-hand side.
