Description

Residence Villa Liberty is situated on the seafront of the seaside resort San Vincenzo, on the Etruscan Riviera in Tuscany. The accommodation has been recently restored and is located right in front of the yacht harbour, 50 m from the beach and about 100 m city centre of San Vincenzo.
The villa is subdivided into 5 apartments, of which 3 two-roomed flats (for 2+2 pers.), 2 three-roomed flats (for 4+2 pers.) and a small independent cottage (4-5 pers.) at the back of the villa.

The apartments have been equipped with all mods and cons such as satellite TV, air conditioning and furthermore have a terrace with sea view (except "casetta", from where one can catch a glimpse of the sea). From there, guests can enjoy all day long the sun (possibility to open the awning!) until evening, taking part in the unforgettable scenery of a sunset above the sea. At guest's disposal a laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Depending on the availability, inside of the proprerty, there is the possibility of parking. Otherwise there are several parking lots in front and behind the house along the road.
The beach is ideal for families with children, because, it slopes slowly down into the water. There are free beaches as well as bathing establishments, where service and comfort is guaranteed.
The centre with boutiques, supermarkets, shops of any kind, bank, post office, pharmacy, can be reached in less than 5 minutes walking. The near Elba Island as well as the beautiful Tuscan coast should be discovered. But also those who love art and cultures can start from here for daily trips to visit the most important places in Tuscany.
