BOOKING CONDITIONS - VILLA LIBERTY :
Arrival	From 16.00 until 19.00 o'clock

Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock

Minimum Stay	Low season 2 nights.

The price includes	Electricity, water, gas for cooking, heating, air conditioning.

The price doesn't include	Final Cleaning € 50 (2a, 2b, 2c), € 55 (1a, 1b, Casetta), heating € 7.50/day, bed and bath linen is not supplied (€10/pers.), cot on request (€ 50/week).

Booking	30% down payment at the moment of booking throug bank transfer or postal order. The balance has to be paid at the moment of arrival in cash form.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be apid back.

Deposit	100 Euro to be deposited at the moment of check-in in cash form.


NOTE	Pets are only allowed on request.
