The Villa

Villa Luisa Maria situated directly on the sea of the Argentario Coast, in the southern part of the Maremma Tuscany.
The villa is surrounded by a nice, well-kept garden with parking lot. From the house, there is direct access into the garden equipped with table and chairs and a wooden pavillon.
Through the private gate, one accesses directly the beach. On the beach, gazebo guests can leave a small boat. Villa Luisa Maria offers space for 7-9 persons and is composed as follows:

• lounge with fireplace and sofa bed for 2 persons, TV and dining room with sea view

• completely equipped kitchen with sea view, dining table and chairs as well as storeroom (gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher)

• 2 double rooms, both with the possibility to add an extra bed for a child

• 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and bunk bed (3 sleeps)

• 2 bathrooms with shower

• washing machine
