Holiday
Villa, on
the Argentario Coast in
Maremma Tuscany, with private beach on
the sea of the large sand dune, the Giannella Tombolo,
connecting the continent with the Monte Argentario
peninsula.
One reaches the property over a private road, throught
the pine wood, closed by a gate to avoid access for
unauthorized persons. The villa is surrounded by a
garden with parking lot that is completely
fenced and with direct access to the private beach in
front of the house.

therefore ideal for a secure and very comfortable
holiday for families with children.
A peaceful location, where guests will enjoy
the roaring of the sea and the chirping of birds.
In the morning it is possible to admire the
sunrise above Monte Argentario
and in the evening, during dinner on the terrace, the
marvellous sunset above the sea. Those who want to
leave this paradise, discovering other marvellous
places in the area, can reach by ferryship the Tuscan
islands Giglio, Giannutri
and Elba.
Characteristic
seaside resort such as
Porto Santo Stefano, Orbetello, Porto
Ercole, Ansedonia and
Capalbio are worth
visiting. But also the Maremma
hinterland with beautiful
locations like Pitigliano should be visited.
Only 1.5 km away is the next village Albinia
with all necessary services (supermarket, pharmacy,
post office, newspapers, first-aid station etc.).
Driving along the coast one encounters in the northern
part of the peninsula Monte Argentario
Porto Santo Stefano (13 km)
with its exclusive yacht harbour, the Spanish fortress,
the beautiful seafront inviting for long walks or
shopping, possibility of mini-cruises along the coast,
visiting the Tuscan islands.
On
the southern side of the peninsula is located Porto Ercole,
a small, very characteristic village with small yacht
harbour and fortresses dating back to the 16th century,
such as Forte Santa
Caterina, Forte Filippo as well as the
beautiful star-shaped Forte Stella, the church San Erasmo, Villa Corsini
and the excklusive yacht port Cala
Galera. Along the Monte Argentario panorama road
it is possibile to enjoy unique views.
Villa Luisa Maria is about 10 km from the
lagoon town
Orbetello away, embedded
between the Tombolo della Giannella and Tombolo di Ansedonia,
with long sand beaches, pine woods and a beautiful
Mediterranean countryside.
At Orbetello's
old town centre it is worth visiting the cathedral
Santa Maria Assunta (1375), the Etruscan Museum Museo del
Frontone di Talamone, some well conserved parts of
the Cyclopian masonry erased by the Etruscans (5th
cent. B.C.) and extended in the
course of the centuries, the churches
Madonna delle Grazie,
Chiesa di San
Giuseppe, Chiesa di San Francesco da Paola, Palazzo del Podestà, Torre
dell'Orologio deriving from the Spanish occupation,
the town gate Porta
Medinacoeli (1697). About 4 km from the villa away
one should visit the charming seaside resort
Talamone, directly
bordering with the Nature Reserve
Parco Naturale della Maremma,
also called
Parco dell'Uccellina.
Capalbio with numerous cultural events can be
reached in a few minutes by car. In
the hinterland of the Maremma it is worth visiting Manciano,
Pitigliano, Orvieto
(already in the Latium)
and
the
Saturnia spas. Nearby it is
possible to practice golf, tennis, polo, surf, riding,
diving etc.
