The Villa

The outside of Villa Maria in Fronzano is composed of a large terrace equipped with table, chairs and an extendable covering for outside eating as well as of a  barbecue. 
Underneath, a big swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with deck chairs and parasols; adjacent to the pool the antique lemon-house, where today are a changing room, bathroom with shower and a small hall with wooden furniture. 
The inside of the villa is comosed of 3 floors, mainly furnished with antique pieces of Tuscan furniture. On the ground floor there is the living area, from where one has direct access to the outside. The ground floor is composed as follows:

• hall with fireplace and a couch group in front

• spacious kitchen in the typical Tuscan country style with huge fireplace

• dining room with long dining talbe, telephone and stereo/CD

• adjacent to the dining room, the living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, video-recorder and piano

From every room of the ground floor, there is direct access to the outside.
Between the ground floor and the first floor, there are two bathrooms; a bigger one with tub and a small bathroom with shower.

The first floor consists of:

• a huge lounge with billiard table. Elegant leather sofas invite for reading, whereas a round table is ideal for card playing. 

• 2 double rooms of which one with nice panorama terrace

• 1 twin bedroom

• 2 bathrooms with shower

The second floor is composed of:

• 1 double room with canopy 

• 1 single room, where it is possible to add another small bad

• 1 double room

• 1 twin bedroom

• 2 bathrooms with shower
