BOOKING CONDITIONS - VILLA MARIA IN FRONZANO Arrival: From 14.00 until 20.00o'clock Departure: Until 10.00o'clock Minimum stay: 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday only) The price includes: Water, gas, cleaning The price doesn't include: Extra cleaning, electricity, heating (according the consumption), telephone and internet connection (to be paid by cash at the end of the week/stay), cooking classes, dinners. Booking: At the reservation we ask a down payment of 30% of the total through bank transfer. The balance (70%) should be paid 30 days before the arrival through bank transfer. It is also possible pay through Paypal. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation until 31 days before the arrival, the 30% down payment won't be paid back. Between 30 and 16 days before the check-in, we ask the payment of 50% of the total of the stay. Between 15 and 7 days before the check-in, we ask the payment of 80% of the total of the stay. In case of cancellation of the reservation within the last 7 days before the arrival date or if the guest does not arrive, we ask the payment of the entire amount of the booking (100%). Deposit: A security deposit of 500 Euros have to be paid at the moment of check-in. It will be returned at the departure.
