Mazzoni is situated in Versilia Tuscany,
about 400 m from the centre of Camaiore, where
one can find shops of any type.
The house, adjacent to the owner's house, is
completely fenced in and has a large parking area. It
is soberly furnished, but equipped with all modern
comforts (oven, microwave, fridge with
icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and central
heating). On the back of the house the garden with
garden furniture, parasols, sun beds and an outside
pool (10,5 x 5,5 m).
