Description

Villa Mazzoni is situated between the Apuan Alps and the Versilia, about 400 m from the Camaiore, a 9 Km from the beach of Lido di Camaiore, 10 km from Viareggio, 25 km from Lucca, 30 km from Pisa e 100 km from Florence away.
Villa Mazzoni is contigious to the owner's house and offers space for 7-8 people.
Inside, it has been furnished in a sober and functional, but well-cared way. The house is equipped with every modern comfort like oven, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and central heating.

Villa Mazzoni has a big garden on the back and in front of the house. The back is equipped with tables, chairs, parasols, sun beds, barbecue and outside swimming pool (10,5 x 5,5 m) as well as a shower with warm and cold water.
Camaiore has Roman origins and is situated within a unique naturalistic scenery, where one can find together sea, long sandy beaches, hills, mountains and lakes.
Only a few kilometres from Camaiore one meets the seaside resort Lido di Camaiore with more than 4 km long beach.

The Italian poet Gabriele D'Annunzio used to come here on holiday in the beginning of the 20th century, followed by other important personalities, but only after the Second World War, Lido di Camaiore gained always more importance for tourism.
Those who prefer privace, can enjoy pool and garden, whereas lovers of arts and culture can start with their discoveries with the Roman church Pieve di Camaiore or reach important places like Lucca, Pisa e Firenze.
Those who are keen on the mountains will find in the Apuan Alps a real paradise for excursions. Considering also the nearness to the Liguria area, it is also possible to visit in a daily trip "Le Cinque Terre".
