Gas consumption, weekly cleaning (€ 20 per pers., min. € 100). |

| Booking |
30% of the total at the moment of the booking, the remaining until 45 days before the arrival date. We ask the total (100 %) if the booking takes place within 45 days before the arrival date. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation, a 30% of the total will be kept, if the cancellation takes place until 45 days before the arrival date. 50% of the total amount is kept, if the cancellation of the booking takes place between 30 days before the arrival date. 90% of the total is kept, if the cancellation of the booking takes place until 8 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation of the reservation takes place within 7 days before the arrival, or in case of "no show", the total amount of the stay will be kept. |

| Deposit |
400.00 Euro to be deposited at the arrival by cash. The security deposit will be returned to the tenant within 10 days after the departure. |
