Ground Floor: splendid loggia (typical of rural Tuscan architecture that is also the access to the large lounge and the kitchen), entrance, spacious dining and living-room, both with an impressive fireplace, kitchen (10 x 6,50 m) furnished entirely in carrara marble with fireplace and larder, bathroom.

Upper floor: two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (shower), a study with sofa bed and a sun terrace. 

ANNEXE (300 sq.m. 12 + 2 pers.)
Ground Floor: a large lounge, 1 double room, 1 bathroom (shower) and laundry.

First Floor: 1 bedroom with ensuit bathroom (shower), 4 bedrooms (of which one with bunk beds) and other 2 bathrooms (shower).


VILLA AND ANNEXE (16 + 4 pers.)
The Villa and annexe together can comfortably accommodate up two twenty people.

Exclusive furniture in wrought-iron at the Loggia and on the terrace. Beautiful white sunshades and wooden deck chairs at the pool.
