Apartments

The apartments of Residence Villa Piani are situated in a Art Nouveau villa directly on the beach of the sea in San Vincenzo Tuscany. The apartments were tastefully furnished and are disposed on ground, first floor or in the mansard. All apartments are equipped with colour-TV and have an outside space (except the 1-roomed flat) in the garden or in front of the apartment that is equipped with garden furniture. Each apartment has one parking lot and one parasole, 2 deck chairs and 1 sun bed at disposal on the sun terrace. The apartments situated in the mansard have air conditioning and from their towers with terrace on the top it is possible to enjoy a stunning view over the whole Etruscan coast.

  1-ROOMED A3, 2+1 pers. (Apt. n. 8):
The 1-roomed flat is situated in the mansard and composed as follows:

• living room with kitchenette, divan bed (2 pers.) and chair-bed (1 pers.)

• bathroom with shower

• possibility to add cot

  2-ROOMED B4, 2+2  (Apt. n. 1,2,3):
The 2-roomed flats B4 are all situated on the ground floor and have, in front of the apartment an outside space with garden furniture. These apartments are composed as follows:

• living room with kitchenette and divan bed (2 pers.)

• double room

• bathroom with shower

• outside space/terrace with table, chairs and parasol

• possibility to add cot

3-ROOMED A6, 4+2 (Apt. n. 4):
The 3-roomed flat type A6 is situated on the first floor of the villa. The apartment is reached through an external, private and very elegant staircase on the front of the villa. Underneath the apartment, a spacious garden with table, chairs and parasol. The apartment is composed as follows:

• living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (2 pers.)

• double room

• single room that can become a twin room, pulling another bed from underneath the bed

• bathroom with shower

• possibility to add cot

• spacious garden on the ground floor underneath the apartment

3-ROOMED B6, 4+2 (Apt. n. 5):

The 3-roomed flat type A6 is situated on the first floor of the villa. The apartment can be reached through an internal staircase, used also by the apartments 6,7,8. It is composed as follows:

• living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (2 pers.)

• double room

• single room that can become a twin room, pulling another bed from underneath the bed

• bathroom with shower

• possibility to add cot

• huge balcony with stunning sea view, equipped with table, chairs and parasol

• possibility to add cot

3-ROOMED C6, 4+2 (Apt. n. 6 e 7):

The apartments are situated in the mansard, to be accessed through an internal staircase, also used by the apartments no. 5 and 8. The apartment no. 6 is on the seaside and therefore, it is possible to view the sea both, from the apartment as well as from the terrace-tower. The apartment 7 is on the frontside of the building and therefore, the sea-view is only possible from the terrace tower. Both apartments have air conditioning and are composed as follows:

• living room with kitchenette and sofa bed (2 pers.)

• double room

• double room in the characteristic tower (to be accessed through a narrow winding staircase) with double bed and chair-bed

• bathroom with shower

• terrace with sea-view on the rough of the tower

• possibility to add cot
