Residence Villa Piani is situated on the sea near to the centre of  San Vincenzo along the Etruscan Riviera in the Maremma Tuscany.
Villa Piani is a prestigious Art Nouveau villa, built at the beginning of the 20th century, surrounded by a well-cared park bordering with the white sand beach. The villa has been completely restored in 2003, maintaining unaltered the original architectonic style and in particular the towers. The 8 holiday apartments were simply, but tastefully furnished, inspired in the colours of the sandy beach and the colours of the sea.

Residence Villa Piani is open all year round. At the end of the nice park, above the beach, there is a beautiful sun terrace with deck chairs, ideal to hear the sound of the waves, to smell the sea breeze and to enjoy in the evening unforgettable sunsets.
At the guest's disposal on the spot, there is a reception office, a private, fenced parking, possibility of storage for airbeds or other things, showers and space for hanging up linen. In the near centre of San Vincenzo (approx. 300 mt) there are supermarkets, pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, medical care etc. Guests can book beach service (sun umbrella and deck chairs) on the beach underneath the sun terrace of the residence.

San Vincenzo is famous for the long sand beaches and the cobalt blue sea.
The pine wood, extending until the sea, is shady and fresh enough for walks or running during the hot summer months. The town combines the beauty of the nature and the comfort of a hospitable seaside resort that is ideal for living or a relaxing holiday. San Vincenzo was already Etruscan and Roman settlement; today it is a modern and efficient seaside resort with several sport facilities and yacht harbour.

Thanks to the restaurants offering delicious cuisine, based on local products, accompanied also by the excellent wines of the area, San Vincenzo has also come to an international reputation.
The untouched nature around, the nearness to charming medieval villages or to important Etruscan excavations like Baratti and Populonia or to the nearby spas of Venturina, make of San Vincenzo the ideal place to pass an interesting holiday. Along the coastal area, it is worth visiting all those characteristic places like: Bibbona (16 Km), Castagneto Carducci (12 Km), Castiglione della Pescaia (45 Km), Cecina (18 Km), Punta Ala and Scarlino (35/40 Km.).
