Apartments

Agriturismo Villa Rosselmini is approximately 500 m from the village of Calci (reachable on foot) and about 15 minutes from Pisa Airport in Tuscany away. There are 10 apartments available, situated in four different buildings on the farm estate. All apartments have kitchen or kitchenette with oven or microwave as well as colour TV.
The apartments in the farmhouses can make use of outside spaces in front of the buildings equipped with tables and chairs, whereas the apartments in the wing next to the manor villa can make use of tables and chairs near the barbecue in the park. There is a washing machine (against payment) available.

Villa Lo Stemma near to the manor villa, composed of two huge and bright holiday apartments, one on the ground floor, the other on the upper floor.
In front of the building, both apartments can make use of the outside space with table and chairs.

Villa Lo stemma 1, 150 sq.m., 6 Pers.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor of the villa and is composed as follows:

• spacious lounge/dining room

• kitchen

• three double rooms

• two bathrooms with shower

Villa Lo stemma 2, 130 sq.m., 6 Pers.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is composed as follows:

• spacious lounge con old fireplace

• small kitchen

• two double rooms

• twin room

• two bathrooms with showers

Casa Pascolo is situated more distant from the other buildings and from the swimming pool.
It has a private garden and is composed of three holiday apartments.
Renting all three apartments it is as if renting one single house, therefore ideal for huge families or for friends who would like to pass the holiday together, but each with their own privacy. In the garden around the house, tables and chairs for outside eating.

Pascolo 1, 120 sq.m. 4+2
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed as follows:

• spacious living/dining room, possibility to add two single sofa beds

• kitchen

• bathroom with shower

Pascolo 2, 50 sq.m. 2 Pers.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is composed as follows:

• living room/kitchen with fireplace

Pascolo 3, 100 sq.m., 4pers.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and is composed as follows:

• spacious lounge with kitchenette

• double room

• twin room

• bathroom with shower

Cottage Maria, 110 sq.m. 6 pers.
The cottage offers space for 6 persons and is situated next to the villa with direct access into the garden. The cottage has 110 sq.m. space, subdivided voer ground and first floor. It is composed as follows:

• spacious lounge with direct access into the garden

• bathroom with shower

First Floor

• two double rooms

• twin room

• bathroom with tub

Next to the main villa, in the centre of the old farm, there is the wing, once connecting the priest's house with the church. Today, there are situated 4 apartments.
Those apartments have the main entrance together and can make use of tables and chairs for outside eating in the park, next to the barbecue.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and is composed as follows:
