2 nights in low season, 1 week arrival and departure on Saturday in peak season. |

| The price includes |
Bed linen, towels, gas for cooking, electricity, water, use of the swimming pool (mid May until end September), football and volley field, park with barbecue and tables. |

| The price doesn't include |
Heating, mountain bike rental, extra bed with linen and towels (€ 50), use of the washing machine (€ 6). |

| Booking |
10% down payment on booking, another 30% 90 days before arrival date. If booking takes place within 90 days before arrival date, the payment of 40% is necessary. The balance has to be paid on the arrival. |

| Cancellation |
If cancellation takes place before 90 days before arrival date, we'll try to rent the apartment to another party, maintaining 10% of the payment. If cancellation takes place within less than 90 days before arrival date we'll keep 10% + 30%. |

| Deposit |
On the arrival you have to deposit € 150 security deposit as guarantee for any damages that will be paid back before departure if everythin is Ok. |
