Farmhouse

Villa S. Andrea offers the possibility to pass a fantastic holiday in the antique farmhouses called Zobi, Perticato e Montelodoli. Zobi is a single country villa, whereas within Perticato and Montelodoli are accommodated charming holiday apartments.The farmhouses are elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort as well as surrounded by garden with swimming pool. Inside the houses there are still the antique wooden beams, antique fireplaces and the terracotta floors.

Zobi

The farmhouse Zobi has been restored with great care and equipped with all mods and cons, while maintaining the typical Tuscan country style. 
The country villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with private pool, covered terrace with elegant garden furniture and barbecue.
Podere Zobi is a very spacious building, composed of two elegantly furnished floors plus small tower "colombaia". It offers comfortable space for 12 guests:

The First Floor

Perticato

The farmhouse Perticato is situated about 300 m above the farmhouse Zobi. From this fantastic hilly position one can enjoy a marvellous view over the whole Val di Pesa, famous for the excellent Chianti wine. At the guest's disposal a well-cared garden with pool. The farmhouse is composed of 6 two-room apartments and one three-room apartment:

1-roomed apartment de Luxe (pers. 2+2)
A quite spacious apartment, subdivided by an antique Tuscan stone-bow. The apartment is composed as follows:

• fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electrical blender and juicer)

• spacious living area with sofa bed and double room

• bathroom with shower

Two-roomed apartment (2+2 pers.)
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electrical blender and juicer) and is composed as follows:

• spacious living/ dining room with completely equipped kitchenette and sofa bed (2 pers.)

• double room

• bathroom with shower

Three-roomed apartment (4 + 2 pers.)
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electrical blender and juicer) and is composed as follows:

Montelodoli

The farmhouse Montelodoli is about 350 m from the antique hamlet Fabbrica away and located on the top of a hill, with a typical Tuscan garden and swimming pool. The property id composed of two-room and three-room apartments:

Two-roomed apartment (2+2 pers.)
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electrical blender and juicer) and is composed as follows:

• living/dining area with completely equipped kitchenette and sofa bed (2 pers.)
