B&B: overnight stay, linen, towels, breakfast.
AGRITURISMO: The use of the apartment with electrical appliances, VAT, light, electricity, water, gas for cooking, linen and towels (bed, kitchen and bathroom) with weekly change, weekly and final cleaning, the use of the following services:
use of the pool with beach umbrellas and deck chairs (12/05 – 29/09), barbecue, TV, satellite TV, weekly tour through the farm with wine and olive oil tasting. |

B&B: extra bed.
AGRITURISMO: extra cleaning upon request, 10 €/h, Kitchen upon request 30 €/h, Mountain-bikes, 7 €/day, central heating during the winter. |

| Booking |
After the request we will send you a booking form that in case of a definite booking you should fill in in any part and sign. Afterwards we require or a 30% down payment through bank transfer (please send payment receipt!) or your credit card details with signed authorization to charge the card in case of booking cancellation. |

| Cancellation |
From the moment of reservation until 30 days before the arrival, no penalty. From 29 days until 8 days before the arrival date - 30% of the total booking amount is required. From 7 days on or in case that the holidaymaker does not arrive - 75% of the total amount is required. |
