BOOKING CONDITIONS - AGRITURISMO VILLA TOSCANA :
Arrival	From 16.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay	High season 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday.
The price includes	Towels, bed and kitchen linen, mid week cleaning and final cleaning, heating, electricity, water, gas, use of the washing machine, satellite TV, children up to 12 years free.
The price doesn't include	Extra bed (EUR 70/week).
Booking	On reservation is requested a down payment that varies depending on the stay.
Cancellation
Deposit	EUR 150 per apartment, to be deposited in cash form at the moment of arrival. The security deposit will be given back before the departure, provided that the apartments have been left tidy and clean (please remove rubbish, containers can be found at the parking).
NOTE	Pets are not allowed.
