 Villa
Vistarenni, between Radda and Gaiole
in Chianti in the Chianti Classico in
Tuscany, offers holidays in spacious apartments.
Four of the apartments are situated within the imposing
villa, whereas other three are situated in the 16th
century Farmhouse built in local stone, adjacent to
the villa and very close to the swimming pool. At
one side of the building there is a garden, grown
with typical vegetation of the Mediterranean shrub-land
(lavender, santolina, rosemary, etc.). Two of the
three apartments front on a small private garden where
it is nice to spend hours of rest in the green. It
is also possible to stay in one of the rooms with
bathroom of "La Villa" with B&B service.

VILLA (500 mq, 7 pers.)
Summer residence of the owners, "La Villa" is
subdivided over two floors and equipped with central
heating and washing machine. 2 hours of maid service 5
days a week are included (except on Sunday), as well
as the free use of the tennis court.

BELLINA (130 mq, 6 pers.)
Spacious apartment on the second floor of the Villa
features terracotta floors, lounge with coffered
ceiling and nineteenth century wall decorations all
making for an extremely pleasant environment. The
three bedrooms, two of which are communicating and
there is a splendid view of Radda, perched on the
hillside opposite.

 SOLAIO (100 mq, 4 pers.)
This apartment on the second story of the villa is
accessible via two sets of old stairs. The apartment
is furnished with old family pieces, has antique terra
cotta tiled floors and ceilings with wooden beachms.
Solaio offers a marvellous view over the countryside.

 LA PRINCIPESSA (130 mq, 6 pers.)
This apartment is located on the first floor of the
Villa. It conserves the original historic architecture
and antique atmosphere, rooms and living rooms are
painted with frescoes. You can even sleep in the room
with canopy bed where Queen of Italy Margherita of
Savoia family slept in 1898. Guests can make use the
exterior terrace on the ground floor to be shared with
other guests. "La Principessa is only available in
August, at Easter and at Christmas.

 COTTAGE CHIARA (130 mq,
6 pers.)
This apartment is located on the ground floor of the
cottage and is connected through a French door to a
small, cool private garden. Every bedroom is coloured
with pastel colours.
 COTTAGE CASINA (30 mq, 2 pers.)
Small studio apartment situated on the ground floor,
on the back of the cottage with view over the pool and
small garden equipped with garden furniture for
outside eating.
 COTTAGE TOGNA (100 mq, 4 pers.)
Simple country style apartment on the first floor of
the 16th century cottage built in local stone. From
the windows it is possible to enjoy a view over the
swimming pool:
