BOOKING CONDITIONS - VILLA VISTARENNI Arrival: From 17.00 until 20.00o'clock Departure: Until 10o'clock Minimum stay: The minimum rental period is one week from Saturday to Saturday in the high season(June to September), other arrangements can be agreed with the owner for the low season. The price includes: Linen, towels,table and dish clothes, electricity, water, gas for cooking, use of the swimming pool (from 31.05.-30.09.), portable barbecue on request, baby cot and roller bed for children less than three years old. The price doesn't include: Final apartment cleaning (€ 35/apt.), final cleaning La Villa (€ 50), extra linen change (€ 15/pers.), heating (apartments € 13/day, La Villa € 20/day), extra bed (€ 15/giorno), firewood (€ 13/basket), continental breakfast (€ 12/pers.), tennis (€ 6/hour), extra services (maid, baby sitter, shuttle service from or to Florence Airport or Train Station etc.). Booking: The 30 % of the total amount is required as down payment at the reservation moment by Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), or bank swift. You have to fill up a form with all your details, credit card number and all the details of the unit rented. When the credit card charge is done or the swift is arrived, a new message by email or fax or letter will be sent to you. The total balance is due by and no later than 45 days prior to rental commencement period. Cancellation: In case of cancellation the client will be refunded of the price paid after withholding the following percentage: 30 % from the date of confirmation, up 45 days prior to rental commencement period; 50 % from 44 to 31 days prior to rental commencement period; 100% from 30 to 0 days prior to rental commencement period. Deposit: Security Deposit of Euro 259 (Bellina, Togna, Chiara, Solaio, Principessa), Euro 520 Villa, Euro 155 Casina, for any damages have to be paid on arrival by Credit Card or cash. The Security deposit will be returned at departure if no reason for any forfeitures. Credit cards: NOTE: Wine tasting and visit of the old cellar of fattoria Vistarenni e Lamole. Admission fee: Euro 10,00 per person. Appointments for Wine tasting and visits to cellars will be arranged with some major and long-established wine makers in the Chianti Classico district. Admission fee can change according to the request. First Shopping. On request we shall be pleased to do some essential shopping for you that you will find at home on your arrival: bread, butter, marmalade, eggs, 1 litre of milk, 1 box of Earl Grey tea, 1 package of coffee, orange juice, whole yoghurt, a couple of pounds of fruits of the season, 1 kg of pasta, 1 can of peeled tomatoes, a piece of Parmesan cheese, fresh tomatoes and vegetables, extra-virgin olive oil, 2 litres of mineral water, 2 bottles of beer, 1 bottle of red wine, dish detergent. First shopping costs 50,00 Euro.
