BOOKING CONDITIONS - CASA ZIA BEPPINA Arrival: From 16.00 until 20.00o'clock Departure: Until 10.00o'clock Minimum stay: 4 nights The price includes: Final cleaning on weekly rates (not included in the daily rates), bed-, bath- and kitchen linen and towels, kitchen use, cold and warm water, electricity, gas, garden use, ADSL wireless internet connection, children until 3 years. The price doesn't include: Extra bath and bed linen, final cleaning on daily rates charged at check-out (Magnolia 40 Euro, Mimosa 50 Euro), extra cleaning, heating during the winter (€ 0,50/unit), shuttle service, wine and olive oil tasting, cooking courses, excursions and riding, Italian classes. Booking: For a definite booking, a down payment of 30% of the total. The remaining amount should be paid at the moment of the arrival. Deposit: 100 Euro at the arrival that will be paid back at the moment of the departure. NOTE: For any further information about the activities (shuttle service, wine and olive oil tasting, cooking courses, excursions, Italian classes and riding) and the programme, please send an e-mail and you will get a response as soon as possible.
