Apartments

The organic working farm Agriturismo Zoccolino is lying in the midst of the charming green hills near Volterra.
One reaches the farmhouse over approximately 2 km unpaved, but well practicable road.
The farmhouse has been completely restored in 2005 and there are 3 apartments (each with safe) and a swimming pool (6 x 12 m) available.
Each apartment has an own outside sitting space with table, chairs and shady parasol, from where it is possible to enjoy charming views over the countryside with Volterra in the background. For cars, there are covered parking lots. In the garden there is a small children's playground, a barbecue as well as mountain bikes (free use). Slightly underneath the house, on the left-hand side there is a barn with farm equipment. The stables of the beautiful Chianina bovines are out of sight (about 1 km).  

Il Girasole 50 m², 2+1 Pers.
The apartment "Il Girasoleo" is situated on the ground  floor (left-hand side) of the farmhouse, with a surface of 50 sq.m. It offers space for 2 people and 1 extra person on the sofa bed in the living room. "Il Girasole" is composed of:

• living room with completely equipped kitchenette (4 flames gas hob, electrico oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, mixer), TV-sat, dining table and sofa

• double room

• bathroom with shower

• terrace with table, chairs and parasol in front of the apartment

Il Grano 65 m², 4+2 Pers.
The apartment "Il Grano" is situated on the ground  floor (left-hand side), with a surface of 65 sq.m and offers space for 4 people plus 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. In the living room as well as from one bedroom, one can enjoy a marvellous panorama of the surrounding hills. "Il Grano" is composed of:

• living room with sofa and satellite TV

• open, completely equipped kitchen (4 flames, microwave, coffee machine) with large dining table

• 2 double rooms

• bathroom with shower

• terrace with table, chairs and parasol in front of the apartment

Il Sole 65 m², 4+2 Pers.
The apartment "Il Sole" is situated on the first floor of the farmhouse, with a surface of 65 sq.m and offers space for 4 people plus 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room. From all the rooms it is possible to enjoy a marvellous panorama of the surrounding hills. "Il Sole" is composed of:

• living room with sofa and satellite TV

• open, completely equipped kitchen (4 flames, microwave, coffee machine) with large dining table

• 2 double rooms

• bathroom with shower

• terrace in front of the outside staircase, with table, chairs and parasol
